After the inauguration of the Community Museum of Centro Arte para la Paz in September 2010, this first exhibition "History of Suchitoto: Memory Lives" is born as a proposal to know and get into the history of Suchitoto through its people and their testimonies, their culture, their traditions, and their art.

"La Memoria Vive" presents the process of creation of Lake Suchitlán, a key event for the way of life of the inhabitants of Suchitoto, as well as the birth of the communities at the end of the conflict, and the war itself, with its consequences and the experiences lived.
