Discipline with Love for Family Leaders:  Workshops designed to teach alternative parenting skills. A group of 12 men and women participated in the workshops in 2007. 

Discipline with Love for Teachers: Three levels of this workshop were attended by teachers of  nine schools in the municipality. They learned about alternatives ways to discipline and spent 80 hours in classes. During the last weeks they prepared materials to be used in the escula de Padres to share their new methods so parents could use them as well. A group of 22 teachers participated in 2008.
